How can someone join with a free account?

Yes, at the top of your main website link... Zilara.com/username

It says... "Create Your Free Account".

You can also send people to one of your TOUR pages to create a free account...

How do customers upgrade to consultant?

Everyone who joins, even those who want to build the business, are joining as a customer first and then as soon as they refer 1 person who places an order it automatically upgrades them to consultant in the system without any extra step or cost to upgrade.

Customers earn commission from the Matrix?

YES, they sure do! BUT... if they don't order at least 10 PV each calendar month they will be removed from the matrix losing their position and will never get paid from the members they had under them. If they order again in the future they will be re-placed into the next position in the matrix and can start earning again.

Do Customers and Free Signups go into the Matrix and Binary?

YES, both customers and free signups do get placed into the Matrix and Binary and they will stay in the Binary forever even if they go inactive because that does not affect the business in anyway. BUT... they will be REMOVED from the matrix if they don't place a 10+ PV order each calendar month.

Why can't I place someone from my holding tank into the Matrix or Binary?

If you get an error when trying to place someone into your Matrix or Binary, it just means your sponsor has not placed you yet... So you can't place anyone yet. This doesn't affect your business or commissions in any way. You want to keep enrolling new people ... they go into your holding tank and then you'll be able to place people as soon as you get placed. This would only ever happen for a maximum of your first 7 Days in the business because after that you automatically get placed if your sponsor hasn't placed you yet.

Why didn't I get paid 30% commission on my customer's order?

If your customer has personally referred someone (even a free member) they are automatically upgraded to consultant and you will no longer get paid on their orders because that volume now goes into the Binary to help you cycle and rank up faster.

Can I place two separate orders and keep my 100cv benefits?

No, this is VERY important... Ordering 50 CV in 2 different orders will not qualify you for the STAR Bonuses (these are HUGE) and you also will not get the 10 free gift cards. For both of those it must be a single 100CV order and it must be Auto Delivery to get the gift cards, 5% discount and Member Rewards Points to get free product.

How do I make sure to stay qualified and active?

Qualification is based on a rolling 31-day period. Your most recent 31 days of activity determine your rank and qualification status in the binary, so make sure your Auto-Delivery is set to process on the same day each month. There is a 10-day grace period if you need to push your autoship date back, but it's always best to keep it set to the same day you enrolled to ensure your volume, position, and rank are not affected. Setting your Auto-Delivery date earlier in the month is also recommended, but not required.
